JD Stewart MD (Magic Dude)

This is definitely NOT the same old stuff you’ve seen before! JD is an award-winning performer with a unique style of humor and magic. JD doesn’t perform magic. Magic just kinda happens to him. Audiences from 4 to 94 love watching him fool himself – and them. His style is highly-interactive, amazing and humorous.

JD has performed throughout the country entertaining a wide variety of audiences. He has worked in numerous live theater productions as a special effects and magic consultant.

Julian Franklin

Julian Franklin has performed at more than 1,000 elementary schools in over 170 school districts across Texas. Over the past 15 years he’s presented his amazing magic and hilarious puppetry to over 3 million children, many of them year after year after year.

If you haven’t been one of the lucky ones yet, this will be a chance to join the fan club. Julian and his mad-cap puppets will have you laughing so hard your cheeks will hurt and your sides will ache. The magic will amaze you, but the thing you will remember most is how much fun you had. Kick back and get ready for one of the funniest kid-show performers in the entire country!

Trixie Bond

Trixie Bond is one of the most popular magicians in the Southwest. When makers of the 1999 movie, Just Sue Me,” needed a card-manipulation expert, they turned to Trixie Bond.  So did director Robert Altman for Brewster McCloud”.

In addition to  corporate events, childrens parties, television programs, and country clubs, Trixie has had special engagements at the Magic Castle in Hollywood and The Magic Island. Shes even performed her magic barefoot in a mosque — and on the lawn of the White House! Your family will love her amazing performance!

Peter the Adequate – Master of Ceremonies!

Peter has amused and amazed audiences across the North American continent and is one of the most unique and original touring comedy magic acts today. Peter is also one of the founders and current General Director of the Fantastic Magic Camp in Austin, which has been using magic, juggling and puppets to teach valuable life skills to thousands of children, teenagers and adults for the last twenty years.

With over thirty five years as a comedy magician, entertainer, actor, and speaker… we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide for this year’s Magic at the Capitol!
